                                  Grouper was overcooked, but the Pork Belly &Scallops was very tasty and not overcooked. Cocktails, Key Lime Pie, service, all quite good.

                                  Our first visit to Port Canaveral / Coca Beach. Not a bastion for fine dining to say the least. WAVES at the Hilton was ok. Service was very nice. Food was fine but nothing exceptional. We sat at a high top and watched families play in a small outdoor pool. I had scallops which came smoked under a dome glass. I had a similar dish in Marco earlier in the week and my reaction was the same - the smoke is way too sweet and overpowering for the scallops. The scallops were nicely cooked otherwise. My wife had grouper and said that it was good.

                                  Awesome experience! Food was fantastic chef even came by the table to make sure we enjoyed every thing. Server was super attentive and made great suggestions!

                                  This restaurant is a hidden gem inside the Hilton. As good as anything else and better than most "standalone restaurants" that you'll find locally. Service and food quality is impeccable. Cocktail selection is very unique and very good also. We celebrated our 10th anniversary at a nice quiet table. The server (Julio) was top-notch - struck the correct balance between being attentive and leaving us to enjoy our dining experience.

                                  Nice selection of tapas. The Brussels sprouts were amazing! Loved the wings and Tuna tartare. The service was outstanding. Mushroom pizza so yummy. Can’t wait to go back.
