   Solid experience on the whole. Table was a pretty cold, with the AC pointed right at it. Was a little shocked it was extra for lettuce cups, when there was an insufficient number for the portion to begin with for that dish. Also, expected more tangyuan in the dessert, especially at that price - it seemed more like a topping for ice cream rather than the ice cream accompanying it

   Had a table for 5 and over-ordered to try most menu items. Vegetarian options were limited. Fried chicken and fried rice were very good. Shrimp had a different flavor to it. This was authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Our server was outstanding, understood all our allergies. Dessert is a must-try.

   Forgot our drinks until after finishing the meal despite ordering them first. They mark items on the menu with peanuts, but then menu becomes smaller when they tell you the fryer is shared. Fly head lettuce cups is almost inedibly salty. Loved the savory soy milk (sans Yu tiao) and my partner liked the celtuce salad

   This lunar new year experience was truly inspiring. Each course exceeded our expectations. The intimate and thoughtful table-side cocktail set the perfect tone for the meal. The ladder Caesar salad was fun, engaging and totally unexpected. Eric’s prime rib was incredibly delicious, transporting me back home to Sunday roasts. It’s challenging to replicate that cozy feeling in NYC, but Eric managed it. The traditional fish and chips were elevated with a unique twist that perfectly complemented the setting. They were probably the best chips I’ve had in NYC. Eric and Kathy consistently deliver amazing food, but it’s the experiences they create that make dining at their restaurant truly special. They get to have fun and showcase their creativity, making every meal a memorable one.
