With three exceptional menus, we have something for every time of the week:

We were welcomed by a young French speaking woman and Kara was very friendly and efficient. The Music was a little bit too loud for a Sunday evening. The food (Lamb for me, Salmon for my husband) was very good and plentiful.

We enjoyed a beautiful meal and terrific drinks, and the friendliest service! Impressed! Our first visit to West Oak and we sat on the patio, which despite being chilly & rainy outside was cozy & comfortable -- and quieter than the main dining room. Appreciated the gluten-free options and the knowledgeable, caring servers. A special rave for the GF calamari - a fantastic appetizer that came with a generous green salad on the side, perfectly dressed. Our reservation was for 6:15 pm -- on the early side -- which worked out well for us as it was only at around 8:30 pm (as we were wrapping up) that the noise level on the enclosed patio became too much for a three-way conversation. The place was hopping at that point!

Good was phenomenal. Host forgot to assign a server. Waited over 20 mins to be approached. Once order was taken things moved quickly however we were left stranded at our table for over 10 mins without a drink or a bill. I was wearing a jersey so obviously we were in a rush to get to the game. Server never asked we hope she would assume

Food is delicious. Our waiter was not overly attentive, and was quite "smug." He took forever to bring me a non alcoholic beverage which then came in a can. It wasn't even a proper mixed "drink." He gave us no indications of what might be a great option for food, he spoke very little and had no personality. Otherwise the food was super delicious. The mushroom truffle risotto and salmon were to die for. Nice ambience. Definitely try this restaurant.

This restaurant used to be really good. We were a table of 7 and our food was really bland that we had to ask for sea salt! The service was really poor and we found ourselves looking constantly for our server. For an empty restaurant the service should have been a lot better. The appetizers were the best part. The entrees were very poorly made with no flavour.

I like the atmosphere it's pretty romantic and quiet proberly it is a weekday, I love their steak it was delicious and their truffle fries was so good!!! I would go there more often haha
