On Tuesday, February 14th, I made a reservation for Sunday, February 25th, at 2:30pm for my birthday brunch via What the Forks website. I was never informed and it was not posted on their Instagram page that they would be closed on February 25th. My party and I walked to the door to find it was locked, a staff member opened the door to let us know they were closed until Tuesday, February 26th. This was an extreme inconvenience as most places close early on Sundays.

RESTAURANT IS BOARDED UP AND CLOSED!!! How did my reservation go through 2 places and NO ONE called to update me! Why was my reservation even allowed ?!?!

Booked on OpenTable for Valentine’s Day and the establishment was boarded up and closed. We weren’t the only ones either. Another group was waiting outside in the freezing cold and also booked on OpenTable. The website said it was open and allowed you to book. Then I was unable to cancel my resy stuck in the OpenTable loop or double-book for a different location. Highly disappointed…

I made reservations drove all the way there from New Jersey and it was closed. Very upset for the miss Communication

The service was EXTREMELY terrible. My food came out as separate items instead of the meal coming out as one. Servers are nice but they need more help. Workers busy smoking hookah instead of working. Went for brunch at 11:45 ordered BASIC things and it was still slow.

I had a great time the but the host was all over the place and because it was alot of ppl she wanted me to give up my table because my party was running a lil late but i was there we had two tables i had one and my mom had one she got the security guard and everything and the hookah kept fall out as well and for some 57 dollars it's shouldn't been falling out over all it was a nice place

Honestly, our waitress was very delayed. We waited for the condiments for 20mins. The liquor was weak. The music was unnecessarily too loud, you could not have a conversation with the person next to you. They did not provide shrimp for the grits.

I love it! The brunch/club vibe is genius if you ask me I spent my birthday here and although the drinks came a lil slow and the Wednesday crowd was light it’s still an experience and I will be returning the drinks were drinking OKAY! And the food is Delicious!

They passed the vibe check but the food took way too long to come out and when it did we had to ask for condiments that should've just came with what was ordered (syrup for waffles and dressing for wings). The food was excellent. It was a little too loud. Me and my friends couldn't converse because we had to yell.
