When Pigs Fly is a bakery that serves up fresh, artisan breads on a daily basis. The staff only uses natural ingredients that shine through in all of their baked goods. The first branch of When Pigs Fly opened up in 1993. Since then, it has opened up in multiple locations.There are many different breads at When Pigs Fly to try out. The 100% whole wheat is versatile and full of fiber. Those who love a sweet touch should try the cinnamon raisin and harvest cranberry. These loaves of bread are great on their own, with a touch of butter or when used to make sandwiches. Artisan breads that are available include ones like baby spinach, onion and garlic ciabatta, and a blueberry and raspberry with lemonade. There is even a chocolate bread that is great for making ice cream sandwiches.

This place is the BEST! Every time I go I have trouble picking out my meal because all selections look so scrumptious. I have tried many, and have never been disappointed. The quality is consistently excellent , and the dishes are well thought out. whoever the chef is that does the menus, KUDOS! good service by waitstaff too. hostess service hit or mis. One lady is not so friendly. This is one of my favorite causal restaurants. and don't miss the bread shop next door!
