Located at the entrance to the Hill Country in Driftwood, Texas, Whiskey Ridge will serve elevated home-style offerings featuring Texas meat and fresh Gulf Coast Seafood cooked over our coal fire grill.                                                                               Great service, excellent food. Drinks are on point. Atmosphere is elevated, but inviting. Our server Kef was excited to share his knowledge of the extensive selection of top shelf whiskeys and bourbons. The food is excellent, from starters to dessert. You can’t go wrong on this menu. And the managers and owners are in the mix, bussing, expediting, and working front of house as needed, which leaves a great impression on us as diners. Will look forward to our return trip tonight!

                                                                              We had a little bit of everything! We started with deviled eggs, fish dip, and the shrimp nachos. Our table shared, bacon wrapped shrimp, fried shrimp, salmon, the 22 ounce ribeye along with cream corn, which was absolutely the best we’ve ever had, and the Mac and cheese and last but not least the traditional salad with Wagyu beef ! Everything was amazing !!! The staff was fabulous !!! Ambiance is beautiful !!!

                                                                              We are very Excited about Whiskey Ridge. They have just opened and are working out the kinks. The noise level in the restaurant is very challenging for senior citizens of which there are many in this area including ourselves. The restaurant is lovely and fun but the noise will be a factor in how often we go. Unfortunately, the large common tables in the restaurant are not compatible with a fine dining experience also contributing to the noise level problem. We sincerely hope that the restaurant can work out the noise problem. It’s worth a visit.

                                                                              Nice place & brand new. We have been 2x now. Still working out a few kinks but well run and really tasty (and hot!) food. Bar is a little slow getting drinks out and our appetizer came out wrong but they fixed it quickly. We will be back. Once they get their operations smoothed over it will probably get a 5 from us.

                                                                              We’re thrilled to have this beautiful restaurant nearby!! Not only does it perfectly capture the Hill Country charm with a warm, welcoming staff, a spacious open patio with huge stone fireplaces and an inviting, tastefully decorated dining area, but the menu and “whiskey bible” are truly excellent. The variety of steaks and Gulf Coast seafood put a fine flair on comfort food! We definitely will return soon!!
