   This was our visit at Whiskey Row. We had no idea what to expect and were surprised to see a live band playing in the middle of Saturday afternoon. We arrived at 1:15 PM, and the neighboring restaurants were participating in a St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl. While the streets were pretty packed with people, Whiskey Row wasn’t very busy even though they appeared to be participating in the event, as well. They offered a brunch menu that had some breakfast items on it, but overall, not a lot to choose from on the menu. They offered one salad, which I ordered..the BBQ chicken salad. There were two very slim slices of chicken on the entire salad with zero BBQ flavor. The salad was saturated in dressing. Overall, not very good. Our server did bring out a side of chicken, but it just didn’t have any flavor. Not something I’d order again. The band was OK. They played a lot of older 90’s country music, which was nice to hear, but talked quite a bit between songs. The place is extremely loud overall, so not a place you’d want to go if you actually want to have a conversation with your dining date(s). Our server couldn’t hear us when she came by to take our order. We had to point to what we wanted from the menu. I’m not overly excited to go back.

   I ordered the BBQ plate and it is a lot of food, but just okay. Wife ordered Tennessee steak sandwich and really enjoyed it. Live band was great and service was pretty good.

   Overall a lack of attentiveness by staff. It was cold and they left the windows open, many customers asking to be moved, strange that they didn’t just ask for them to close the windows i know. Not many customers at 5 pm but still long delays between waitress visits. It was supposed happy hour but mot sure what that entails. You’ll have alot of employees walk by without acknowledging you. Waited 35 min for one item we ordered before being told it was all gone- we got a replacement free which was good.

   Good experience…service was good. Noise level was ok but you should expect loud music at any Whiskey Row.

   Dierk Bentley's Whiskey Row is a classic venue in the middle of Gilbert Road's "restaurant row" in old downtown Gilbert. A large, high-ceiling country & western bar with decent bar food, it's can be a high-energy, fun place, especially on weekends, with a live band playing on a large stage. Drinks and food are reasonably priced (for the times we live in!), and there's lots to see and do! Multiple seating areas allow patrons to see the entertainment and watch what's happening on vibrant Gilbert Road.

   staff were very helpful and attentive from the front desk to our server We enjoyed the entertainment especially the Kruse Brothers and the noise level was appropriate

   Very good experience. It was our first time there. It was a bit loud but that is no secret. The food was great and service was excellent.

    This restaurant was very disappointing. We were there from out of town with 10 guests. The waiter sat us and didn’t come back for a very long time. Enough time for us to already know what we wanted and ordered our drink at the same time. The food took forever to show up, and they never came back to get more drink orders. We thought they were shorthanded, but we saw the waitresses standing around avoiding our table. The food was never cleared from the table and we had to ask for our bills And to add insult to injury because we were a large group, they charged us 22% gratuity automatically. The service definitely did not deserve a tip of that nature. Would not recommend this restaurant.
