Farm to table restaurant located on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, just steps away from the beach and the Mississippi Sound. Located in a gorgeous restored and updated beach front home built in 1905. We use locally sourced farm fresh ingredients to serve a menu that changes daily with availability of fresh ingredients as well as with the changing seasons. We offer craft cocktails, local beers, an extensive list of fine spirits and wines paired with a dining experience that is second to none.

Austin Sumrall is the Chef and owner along with his wife, Tresse. He was classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America. White Pillars has been recognized and awarded in many state and national publications since its opening in 2017. Austin was crowned " King of American Seafood" in 2021 and nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a semi-finalist for "Best Chef South" in 2020. His specialty is keeping his menu fresh and ever changing with local ingredients and a worldly flare.

Austin and his team prepared delicious dishes which made for amazing dining the experience. Our Wait team was first rate. Our cocktails were so tasty. We look forward to returning when we come me back to Biloxi in from Missouri in early May. Plan to also dine at Siren when we return. White Pillars is our favorite spot on the gulf.

Absolutely beautiful place with a pleasant ambiance. As some one who watches many of cooking shows on TV we requested to be placed by the windows to watch the chefs and the kitchen run. It was what you expect from a 5 star restaurant, clean, efficient and fun to watch. Our waiter Chris S was phenomenal, knew extensive information about the menu and always on point. Everything that touched our table was wonderful but 2 things stood out. As a family we've been to Korea and my wife has been to Japan also and the Ramen at white pillars blew anything either one of us had over seas out of the water. I have never had flavors like that. And the homemade ice cream was next level! We will be back!

This was the best meal I’ve ever had! The presentation, the wait staff, and the food was unbelievable! Definitely my new favorite restaurant!

Our meal was delicious but it was overpriced in my honest opinion which seems to be a common theme nowadays. I generally don't mind paying a premium when at a fine dinning establishment however I demand the whole experience. You expect the food to be exceptional at this price point but the service should be exceptional as well. This is where the White Pillars fell short! Our server was pleasant and overall competent but not great! The real disappointment was the unacceptable length of time we waited to get our dinner, which was nearly an hour! This was a limited menu for Valentines Day so I feel the kitchen was unprepared for what should have been a routine dinner! The manager was somewhat apologetic when I complained but again, not impressive at all. I try to be realistic and not too demanding but again, at this price point I demand better! I may give them another try in the future but I wasn't really impressed with this experience.

Salads were dry with no choice in dressing, steaks were undercooked and tough, brussel sprouts were hard, desserts were not good. Very disappointing for a $390 meal. Not what we are accustomed to when dining here.

Food was excellent, but took a long time to be seated, even with a reservation. The food took even longer. RSVP was 830pm and we left at 11pm only because I asked for the check right before the third course.

I would have given all 5’s but my fish entre was luke warm., and my cocktail had way too much ice. Fabulous experience!

Chris is by far the best waiter we have ever had! He made the experience so enjoyable. When you go, ask for Chris. We are going to make it a yearly tradition. Love from Baton Rouge!
