   First time dining here. We arrived early to try and get a drink from the bar but it was full with other patrons. We sat at 5:30p to an empty dining room and paid the check at 7:30 to only half occupancy full restaurant. It was a long dinner service. Started with 2 appetizers, then came out salads. Main course finally had come out an hour after ordering, everything was great - just a very spaced between courses.

   We went the day after Christmas for cozy and quiet. Sat by the big fireplace and ordered appetizers and wine. It was perfect after the holiday rush. Loved the crabcakes sautéed in spinach as well as the scallops, and artichoke dip. Definitely plan to go again for a rest and relaxation.

   Second time we’ve been here and have had a good experience each time. Steaks and sides were excellent. Stay away from the ethnic dishes. Ordered an Indian dish that wasn’t very good. Cocktails are delicious.

   A bit disappointed cold rainy night no fire in the fireplace, very very under staffed but Sara the bartender and Ian did an amazing job without support. How can the management miss proper staffing with the night of a concert across the street “Boz Scaggs” having a sold out event. I’m actually confused with the lack of attention the owner and manager showed.... Food was excellent, and Sara was amazing just disappointed with management.

   There was an event in a private dining room, so the main dining room was understaffed, thus service was slow. Our waiter was fine when at our table. The food was good, not great, and the chef definitely has to go back to risotto school! I didn’t feel my experience at the restaurant was as good as it was in the past.

   Ate in the bar when it seemed quiet and that became a mistake as it got busier. Was loud and bartender was too busy to provide good service.

   Restaurant is dark, carpet is dirty and the food was terrible and overpriced. The only good thing was our server who was very nice and attentive.

   Ordered the Seafood Ciopinno. Great flavor, however within an hour after consumption, I became violently ill. There must have been some tainted shellfish. I will go back, however I won't order that dish again.

   Food was disappointing ordinary. Just a small upgrade over an Applebee’s chain restaurant. The red velvet cake was obviously frozen and thawed. Ambiance is wonderful. Location is excellent if your going to the Calvin Theater.

    I booked this reservation unable to get two of the times that I preferred, leading me to believe it was fairly popular. As it turns out, we were the only ones there in the entire restaurant. There were people at the bar, but no other diners. The food was mediocre the service was mediocre. The presentation was sloppy and a bit tacky. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place.
