Located inside The Atlantic Hotel & Spa, Wild Thyme Oceanside Eatery offers a grown-up interpretation of a chic boardwalk dining experience with a whimsical twist on fresh dining favorites from the land and sea. Wild Thyme is a dining concept from Society 8 Hospitality Group, a full-service restaurant and events company. Society 8 has launched several successful restaurant concepts including Sistrunk Marketplace & The House on the River. At Wild Thyme, guests will enjoy stunning, panoramic oceanfront views to accompany their fresh caught ocean and farm raised main land offerings. The warm and inviting atmosphere is a perfect choice for a small dinner, or to gather with a large group.                                                             The hostess informed us that they were understaffed when we arrived and asked us to wait 10 to 15 minutes before she was able to seat us. The waiter greeted us almost 15 minutes after we were seated and we placed our right then. We could see that the waiter was trying very hard to provide quality service. The food (a burger and a sandwich) was delivered to the table an hour after we had been seated. The food was ok but not worthy of an hour wait. After we finished eating, the bill arrived with an automatic 18% gratuity added on plus a line to add an additional tip.

                                                            A solid 3 stars. The location and the view is amazing if you sit outside. Honestly this is probably the main reason to come here. The service is very slow and the food and drinks are mediocre. We came for brunch and I had one of the breakfast bowls, my friend had the eggs Benedict - both were standard, nothing special but the view + breakfast was definitely nice. The server appeared to be the only one serving the entire outside for a Sunday brunch so he seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. Overall I would come back for the bowl and the view, the drinks are not great so stick to wine or beer.

                                                            We were there on Valentine's Day. The food was delicious, very good without a doubt. We will give them the benefit that it was very busy, but the service was extremely slow, to the point that I had to look for the server to understand why it was taking so long.

                                                            The food and service was amazing! The ambiance in this place was incredible and Im definitely going back. Top notch service, delicious food and incredible ambiance, you can’t beat that.

                                                            This was our first visit to Wild Thyme and it was a less-than average experience. Our service person seemed to be overwhelmed but she did the best she could. The Food we ordered Fish Sandwich (2) and Eggs Benedict was ordered and delivered timely. However, the Eggs Benedict were over cooked. We complained and the second time around were better. We asked for Lemon with our fish sandwiches and the lemon never materialized even after two reminders. Perhaps today was an off day.
