Overall it was "fine". I ordered the signature moriawase sushi plate, which is the most expensive of the sushi plates and was really looking forward to it. Since this is a chef's selection, you don't actually know what you're going to get. It looked great and was very good, however no one took the time to explain to me what some of the "chef's selections" were, which would have been nice and added to the enjoyment. I never got the miso soup that is included with it. Another member of our party who ordered the hibachi chicken 6 course didn't receive their dinner and no one seemed concerned, we later realized that the paper printer was down or that's what we were told. They made it right, I want to stress this - they did the right thing and made it right and comped the forgotten dinner and brought an extra appetizer out, but this resulted in it being brought out almost an hour later after the member of our party watched everyone else at the table eat. The concerning point was that the servers were bringing out the food for the rest of the table and showed no concern that someone didn't have their meal. There was just no coordination on when the food came out. Overall the food was good but it seemed like the servers were really disjointed from what was going on with the kitchen and were tough to get a hold of in a dining room that was only about 50% full. Perhaps they are over stretching themselves with limited staff trying to manage hibachi, dining room, and a sushi bar which results in a degraded experience. I hope this was just a one off experience and isn't common.È utile?

Well, it was a mixed experience, some things good some things not so good. We had a reservation for the hibachi grill. Upon arrival, we were told they were getting our table ready. After 15 minutes, (lone hostess that looked frazzled and overworked but very friendly) told us they were overbooked and it would be another 10 minutes. After another 15 minutes ( total 30 minutes wait for our reservation), we decided we would just take a standard dining table. We were immediately seated. It took a while, but our server eventually came and explained that nobody told her we were about us being seated in her section. We were ready to order, but after taking our drink order, she told us to wait a few minutes to take our food order. ( I was kinda surprised about this, but ok) After another 15 minutes, she came back and took our food order and then tried to take our drink order again. I politely told her she had already taken our drink order. I thanked her. And that's the last time she talked to us for the rest of the evening. Our server seemed to avoid any eye contact and outright avoided us as well as the table beside us for the rest of the evening. However, the drinks came out, and the food came out as it time went on. Which was very good, the kitchen and bussing staff were professional and very polite. Perhaps they realize that our server was ignoring us.. eventually, we had them bring us our bill ( as our server still continue to walk past our table, avoiding eye contact). They were very nice and I didn't want to take away from this experience due to one server. But it seems as though the restaurant was understaffed and overwhelmed. So basically, 7:30 reservation and didn't pay and leave till 9:15 . Seems like a fun place if you come at the right time.È utile?

Terrible service and overpriced food. We didn’t get our drinks until our main course was nearly over and revived most of our appetizers long after we were finished eating our main course. They put a drink on our bill that we didn’t order and it took them forever to get that fixed.È utile?

Food was good but without the rice, it would not be sufficient. After paying 140$ for a 8 Course meal, they should not charge extra for Rice. In addition they charged a 20% gratuity by default, and expected me to add a Tip. I felt being Valentine’s Day, they are trying to take people for a ride. Left a bad taste in the mouth.È utile?

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t state it will be fixed combo menu for valentine and the food was meh. Even force charged 20% service gratuity (pretax) using the “party of 5 or more” term even though we are two and they intentionally arranged us with other guest at the same table then call it “more than 5”. We did not have time to think about what to order but had to follow the combo menu since the waiter said “everyone else one the table is waiting on us” they cannot start serving the table until we finished ordering.È utile?

There were 6 of us and we had an amazing time!! (Hibachi dinner) We came from out of town so have never been to this location before. Our chef was so great and funny with our kids! So many really amazing times at dinner to remember! We went early too so it wasent packed yet. All the staff were incredible too! Would highly recommend and would def come back! Great sushi and hibachi! Excellent service and food, plus they do a good job catering to both families and just adults. Has an energetic noise level and very deliberately paced service so don’t expect a super quick meal.
