I came in from out of town to take my family out to dinner. This was everyone’s first time. Angel, our waiter, was a very good server. He was knowledgeable about the food & drinks & attentive. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing! I ordered the Hanger Steak (medium rare) with mashed potatoes & green beans. The steak was overcooked, chewy and very grisly. The mashed potatoes were cold. My husband ordered the burger and it was SO overcooked. It was obviously not made fresh to order. (Ordered med-rare) My parents ordered the ribs and they were dry and cold as well. The bread pudding was good and the burrata appetizer was ok. We did tell Angel about the steak and he replaced timely with a salad. We never saw a manager otherwise we would have brought this to their attention.

They weren't busy for a Friday night. Service was good, food and drinks were delicious. Took food home with their chocolate cake that's ridiculously good. Great value, and the food is on point!

It was awful. Ordered a smoked Old Fashioned and it was horrible. I will never go back.

Neither the wine steward nor the wait staff understood anything about the available wines. I ordered the shrimp and grits (second time I have been there and ordered it) and although very good the first time, the grits were soupy this time.

The experience was nothing short of amazing. Our waiter William was a gem and the staff was awesome; from the time we came in to the time we left we enjoyed every moment.

My wife and I go to Wildwood weekly, usually for the Tuesday special of two complete dinners for $25. While the menu for the special is limited, all four choices are excellent. My wife is happy to have the pecan-crusted almost every time, but I have tried them all. The mashed potatoes are extraordinary - the best I've had anywhere. This visit we decided to try the steaks. We each ordered the filet for $37. It was easily comparable - perhaps even larger - than similar steaks costing more than $50 at high-end steak restaurants. The service is prompt, but not rushed, and the waiters are knowledgeable and friendly without being intrusive. Altogether, it is a delightful experience every time we go.

The staff here is the friendliest group of people I’ve seen. From the hostess, to the waiter, to management, everyone was in a good mood, attentive, and professional. Overall, the experience here is exactly what it should be: high quality food with service to match.
