                                                                            Slow service, wrong drinks came out twice. Food is ok, for the price you expect better. Very nice people, very nice atmosphere. Just not worth it for a $300 dinner in my opinion

                                                                            Came for the filet steak i had ordered it medium rare and it got over cooked twice just a little disappointing when everyone was saying how good the place was, didn’t even end up getting a steak

                                                                            Horrible service/ had to call a manager over after asking no less than 6 times for the same thing. Manager was zero help and kept referring to the “people above him” (meaning he wasn’t well positioned to even address our issues. Couldn’t get drinks and when waitress did take drink order it was one/two at a time versus asking the entire table of 8 what they needed. Thought we had found a good alternative to all of our Los Gatos favorites but was highly disappointed last night! The lady who helped with the reservation was the bright spot/ she suggested table 30- commented that she and her family love said table over the holidays, etc. SHE was delightful- other than that, horrible experience and we easily spent 2k for dinner and all of the drinks/ should have walked away feeling happy as opposed to frustrated!

                                                                            The appetizers took almost 1 hour to come out. It was not very busy when we first ordered. One came out and we thought they forgot about the second appetizer and it came out as we finished the 1st appetizer. Usually, we order appetizers to eat from both while we wait for our meal. The drinks took a very long time to get.

                                                                            My only complaint is the full corn in the cob and peppers in my wedge salad. I mean why?! Our table assistant was incredible, he was on top of it with water and clearing plates.

                                                                            The food and drinks are consistently good. The bartenders are knowledgeable and make great cocktails. The risotto is a favorite of mine. The coconut shrimp is delicious, and the one pound burger is a winner!

                                                                            Today was my first time at Willard Hicks. The service and staff were great. The menu has a variety of things on it, so this is a good restaurant for people with all kinds of tastes. The salad was great, the tacos were great. I'm not a big bell pepper fan, so I took those out of my salad and tacos, but other than that, the flavors were great! The atmosphere was really mellow and everyone seemed relaxed. The music was a mix of 1970's easy rock and light jazz. All in all it was a great lunch and I will definitely come back to try other things on the menu.

                                                                            Food was delicious, They were busy but we sat inside. Brought our own bottle of wine, generous corkage fee. French onion soup, Cesar salad, scallops and risotto, grilled swordfish. Perfect date night,… especially when you’ve been married for 35 years ❤️
