Sadie And Steve, our waiter and waitresses were amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. And the owner came by and made sure we were happy which we definitely were.

Every time we are in Lynchburg we have dined here. The steaks are cooked to the perfect temperature of your choice. The creamed spinach is a must. The service is great.

I was staying at the hotel as a student with Randolph's MFA program. I chose to eat at William and Henry for my graduation dinner because it was in the hotel, has great food and could accommodate my party of 8. We got there promptly at 5pm when the restaurant opened (this is also the time I made a reservation for 8). My call time as the graduate speaker was at 6:20pm. Our server did not return to our table after seating us until 5:25pm. We ordered our food and by 6:20 I still had nothing to eat. All the tables around us came in at the same and were served immediately (I know this is a fact because they were also apart of graduation). My family was also unable to eat in time after I left and had to store all the food in my hotel room in order to make it to my graduation on time. I was very disappointed in the service. I have eaten there before with a graduate a few semesters ago with an even bigger party than and we were served promptly with no issues.

We had a booth which was lovely. Had to wait on the server for some time however, once she greeted us everything was spot on from that point. The food was absolutely sensational and cooked to perfection! I had the NY strip steak cooked medium, with jumbo shrimp added. My wife had the stuffed salmon. Our smoked old fashioned cocktails were also delicious. My favorite restaurant in Lynchburg by far.

Was a great atmosphere to actually be able to converse at table and hear everyone - food and service was top notch as well

Staff was confused as to who was responsible for what table. And at conclusion of dinner no one came to clear the table for a very very very long time.
