Starting April 20, we're bringing back our beloved character breakfast every Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. The Character Breakfast is a fixed priced menu of $35 for adults and $25 for kids.

Ride on a current of relaxation inside Wind & Waves Grill, an airy restaurant that recalls a captivating coastal bistro, complete with charming nautical-inspired décor and an onstage kitchen with an oak-fired brick oven. Feast on a fusion of artfully prepared seafood delights, including Key West shrimp and cheddar grits served with pineapple relish, bacon-crusted salmon over potato gnocchi and vegetables salmon with thyme-cranberry vinaigrette, and catch of the day served Oscar style with crab hollandaise and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

The dinner was amazing. We had the seasonal Swordfish and Mahi Mahi and were extremely pleased with our meal, the portion size, and the presentation. The food was scrumptious and our server Savannah was outstanding. Loved our dining experience and recommend the Wind @ Waves Grill.

Loved the intimacy of this little place. Having characters at breakfast was a plus. Mom loved it and all the servers were awesome. Loved that they came to check on us and make sure all was good!

I had the swordfish with crab and hollandaise sauce. Both the crab and the swordfish were very fresh . My husband and daughter steaks were cooked excellent. Service was friendly and very good.

Wonderful dinner where my husband had the Shrimp and Grits and I had the Potato Crusted Mahi. We shared a bowl of French Onion Soup. Everything was delicious!

We came to Wind & Waves for my father’s birthday since we were staying on Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. We had a party of 9 and we all started with drinks and soup. I had the Manhattan Fish Chowder which had nice chunks of fish speckled throughout, diced veggies in a flavorful tomato broth. For my main course I had the NY strip cooked rare served with broccolini and au gratin potatoes. Everything was delicious, served hot and in a timely fashion. Our waitress was kind and patient, and even brought my dad a beautiful cupcake with a candle! Excellent service in a beautiful restaurant which definitely withheld our high Disney standards.

Excellent experience! Very friendly wait staff, great food and selections. Mike on the grill PERFECTLY prepared a medium rare steak

A beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Indian River County! The service and food is always impeccable! We have been several times and can’t say enough about this restaurant and the cast members. Christmas is up this time of year and a beautiful place to soak up some holiday cheer! I advise the Manhattan Chowder, always get the chefs specials, and the Walt Select Pino Noir wine.

The food and service were outstanding! As always, the cast members at Disney locations are exceptional. Our waitress Savannah was great! Our table was right next to the open grill which was special entertainment especially for our nine year old. We loved our experience at Wind and Waves Grill.
