Led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, Wine Bar George offers more than 200 wines by the glass, bottle and ounce. Enjoy wines from acclaimed and well-known wineries as well as growing regions that are up-and-coming. The design for Wine Bar George is similar to a winemaker’s home estate with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Our menu features masterfully paired wine and food and a selection of cocktails.     We always have a great meal here. Portions are a little bit, and I can never finish my food. But we love it here. As locals, it's always a must do when at the Springs. Now, we have learned to share.

    Always love coming to this restaurant when we are at Disney. Excellent service and we will be back for Thanksgiving day. Of course the food is phenomenal. Unlike some of the basic stuff around Disney.

    We looked at menu online but thought it was an internet error as it was extremely limited. Its actually is extremely limited. the cheese board was very good just very small but then again, good cheese is expensive so maybe order two if you have a group of 6. That being said the food was on the better side for Disney and if you like wine they had a nice selection. This is a good place for 2-4 people wanting a few drinks and maybe a nice nibble but we had our adult kids and one grandchild and the environment just didn't cut it for us, thus the three star plus my husband was just not fond of the food. The service was excellent.

    We had a lovely meal. Four of us shared the family style sea bass entree, and 2 small plates, short ribs and burrata. It was delicious! Our server, Dakota, was fantastic! Very happy with our meal and the whole experience.

    We always have a great time here. It’s not close to home but always makes us feel like we are with friends when we have lunch or dinner. This was our first time dining outside on the second floor. Absolutely amazing with great weather and service. Can’t wait to go back.
