Every everyone ordered was delicious. Quiet restaurant, even though it was full.

Our dinner reservation was for 7:00, they sat us promptly. It took awhile for our server to come to the table. She was very nice but the service was sub par. Around 7:30 a band that was feet from our table started to play, although they were pretty good, it was extremely loud for trying to have a conversation while having dinner with my family. I don’t think the entertainment was appropriate for dinner, maybe later in the evening.

We were hesitant what our experience would be because of reading previous reviews. I have dined at other Wok n Fire’s, not the previous St charles, but I did not feel like we lacked any of the previous complaints. Food was tasty and came out fast, especially for a Friday night at 6:30. Drinks were great. My only complaint was silly- but the booth seats were awkward and not comfortable. Not a deal breaker in my eyes though!

They had a car show going on in the parking lot so there was no parking in the lot. The front entrance to the restaurant was blocked with people milling around for the car show and drinking outside. Once inside, there was only one person at the front desk and several people backed up waiting to be seated. We were seated and no one ever came to wait on us and there were several new tables and no server ever seen in the area. The menus were dirty and one of the specials menus was of horrible quality. The entire vibe of the restaurant was very negative and we walked out without ever ordering anything. The manager was busy talking to everyone and not doing any work. Will NEVER come back to this place. A very negative experience.

Good was fine. Nothing extraordinary, but fine. Crab Rangoon... Meh... Ordered a second round of drinks which didn't arrive until we were already through with our entrees. Not sure we'll be back to this particular Wok and Fire.

Carlos our server was very attentive. Stir fry was delicious just a little too much sauce pooled at the bottom. Chilean Sea Bass excellent along with the wrinkled green beans , crispy rice and tuna, and Scorpion roll. The Sushi Nigiri Assortment portions were disappointing.

Carlos was an outstanding server. Ambiance is not nearly as good as the previous downtown St. Charles location.
