First established in 1570, Worlington Hall has welcomed guests from near and far for over 450 years through the arches of the majestic manor. The Hall is currently undergoing a sympathetic and tasteful restoration to create a serene East Anglian haven that will live on for many more years to come.

The surroundings are most attractive but the service was extremely slow and the food disappointing neither my daughter nor myself could eat the main course which was over salted and the venison was grisly. In fairness, after complaining to the waiter we weren’t charged for the main course.

Lovely venue. The interior decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are very accommodating and the food is delicious. We arrived for a 50th birthday lunch and despite one late arrival to the table and two people not being able to make it, the staff were very patient. We never felt rushed and the occasion was very relaxed. All In all, a very east going lunchtime celebration. The atmosphere and food was exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you Worlington Hall…

Absolutely fantastic as always, we got married at The Hall 25yrs ago and have been back now and then over many years. We can honestly say the current owners have done a fabulous job with the place. The Hall is full of life the staff are fantastic well presented and polite, the food is absolutely amazing, and was backed up by the comfort of the open fire flickering away in the bar. Such a great place to enjoy my wife’s 50th and we got to share time with the owners 4month old Datsun, what an amazing little puppy. The only down side is that we don’t visit as much as we should Thank you Team Worlington Hall for another outstanding experience 😍😎

We really like this place, great decor, fantastic food - it’s a real treat to go there. We have been there 3 times, BUT……The first time we had to ask to be located to a different table because there was broken glass on the U shaped seat and on the floor. The second time had no issues whatsoever. But on the third visit, my friend’s dinner had a 1cm wide metal nugget in it which fortunately did not break his teeth and his wife’s dessert had a mouldy raspberry on the top of the dessert! We complained about the metal object and we received an apology, an explanation and without request a reduction in the bill. We did not complain about the raspberry as we didn’t want anymore fuss. It is a real shame these things have happened to us as the restaurant is first class otherwise.

Lovely meal,highly recommended it. Only little niggles for me. Yorkies over done for my taste.Also lwould like more selection on deserts. Shame no j20 drinks,had the similar u had but not to my taste. Ladies loos like a sauna and could do with a vent or some air fresheners. Bar very cosy,lovely to see dogs allowed. I will be back. Soon I hope. Great place ,great meal. Thank u.

My husband and I always have a lovely time at Worlington Hall... a scrummy Camembert starter to share followed by a delicious Sunday roast (we had beef) meant we didn't have room for pud! A few large G&T's in the Birnam Bar to finish before we wobbled off home - perfect xx

Fantastic as normal, fabulous Christmas Meal, Staff polite and efficient on a really busy evening. Only one small point we were sat right next to ‘the stage’, the lady singing was excellent, but very loud! So we weren’t able to hear each other 😊
