A perfect experience. From the ambiance on the back patio, the great service from Joe, Eduardo, the sommelier and the busser to the amazing food! Everything was amazing. Truly a treat to dine here. Thank you to the whole staff

Go here for the ambiance and service. Indoor and outdoor the spaces are really special, and while our main server knocked it out of the park with unobtrusive attentiveness, the entire FOH team was also a part of the experience ensuring the meal service was perfect. Also made just enough fuss about the birthday in our group. The minor letdown is the menu. While it’s a tiny kitchen, it could use a couple more dishes to choose from. It’s a small-portions place. I had the NY steak and it was tasty, but the sides and sauce didn’t differentiate enough in flavor. It all just was on the salty umami side and would have benefited from something green on the plate. The scallop starter was the star.

Onion tart, black cod, desserts, oysters to die for! Cute bustling french bistro and great great service. Love the non-alcoholic choices of drinks. Backyard super cute.

We dined at this charming French restaurant and had a pleasant experience overall. The food was good, though not quite a 10/10. We loved the persimmons salad and the steak as meal—both were highlights of the meal. The fish, however, wasn’t our favorite as it leaned a bit too fishy for our taste. Service was attentive and friendly, and the outdoor seating was cute and inviting. A lovely spot for a relaxed evening!

This is a great little neighborhood gem. French food but with a California twist. Not overly heavy with sauces or hard to approach, just excellent food in a great little spot in North Park East. The service was also excellent, with a number of attentive and friendly staff. We loved the onion tart, homemade past, and steak dishes, but honestly all of the menu items were outstanding. If I had to skip one I would say the chicken, which had kind of a greasy and hard to eat pork casing it (although the mustard salad and sauce were awesome). Great overall dining experience and kudos to these guys for creating a unique but approachable menu in the French style.

Love wormwood. Wonderful vibe, delicious food… just wonderful flavors and combinations. We have been there 4 times and it is always a great experience . This time, we had the burrata with prosciutto, brioche bread with rosemary and honey butter, handmade pasta filled with corn, pecorino - the New York meat with mushrooms.. oh just wonderful Thank you!

Food was mostly very good, server was very nice but I was also terribly slow- to the point where we asked the food runner to put in a dessert order then waited 20 minutes until we gave up and just got our check. Portion size definitely "European". I believe the price is excessive even for fine dining - $300 for 2 with only a shared salad and entree, 2 glasses of a modest wine and 2 cocktails. dessert if we ever got it would add another $50 with tip & tax. A nice dinner if they staff up and drop prices.
