   We had an amazing visit - service was impeccable from start to finish, the food was outstanding, and the visit to the cheese room was the icing on the cake. Really good value for money considering the quality of the food and the service, we'll definitely be returning

   Family’s Get-together it’s always an occasion here with the family. This time by mistake I’ve booked the Resturant instead of the drawing room. But their hospitality was phenomenal. We still managed to get a table for 5 and had a wonderful time. Again they’ve complement us with A tasteful selection of Sandwiches, And we ordered each our own drinks early grey, black coffee, Latte, and my daughters freshly squeezed orange juice. We ordered Fish & chips 10/10 Chicken Rap 8/10 & Mac Cheese 10/10 Grilled Halloumi with BBQ sauce 10/10 and Banana Split for desert it was amazing. Family all happy experience 10/10

   Visited for a birthday Discovered this fabulous location, enjoyed the decor and relaxed yet distinguished atmosphere Amazing service, especially the welcome Food was definitely a highlight — dessert a slight letdown however

   Very slow service. We sat down at the table at 1:30pm and by 3:15 we were still waiting for our dessert. Michelin star service definitely lacking here. My husband ordered a glass off red wine and the waiter just poured it straight into his glass, without pouring a little for him to try first. The bill arrived with an extra drink from the bar and a glass of white wine that we did not have. Food was good but our dishes were quite small. The roast beef looked good though. Not sure we’ll be back for lunch again

   Fantastic food in a very attractive venue. While the weather turned to rain it did not detract from walking through the very pretty gardens.
