Everything was good except that one of the main entree, the prime rib, was terrible. It was tough and personally I don’t even think it was prime rib. I had previously dined there and the prime rib was really good but not last night.

The sea food collection is really good. Enjoyed the catch of day and king crab. The chicken dish is not up to the mark. Also, I am looking for more variety of soup and fruits. I could not find any fruits, which is something unusual for not having in Hawaii. Need to request certain things like coffee and anything hot,like water or tea.

Seated promptly upon arrival and checkin. Food was very fresh and tasty. Big, shout out to the great tasting crab legs/claws! Will definitely be back again next year! … Great jobs to the crew with their awesome customer service to all attending.

Neither Open Table nor WSW mentioned when we make reservations that Thursday thru Sunday is now buffet. We would not have made reservations if we had known. The food was good for a buffet, but not what we were expecting. We may try another time but not when they have a buffet.

My Tenderloin was half fat and griscell, the bacon wrap was mostly un cooked fat. Should have sent it back.

Hostess walked right past me and ask a visiting couple that came in around 5 minutes after me how many. The female told her that I was there first and she didn’t even apologize. The table server didn’t come around much. We always had used plates and crab shells piled. I have had better service there.
