                                                          The service & food was impeccable The seared tuna & sea bream were artfully prepared & dessert was a deconstructed pecan pie beautifully presented I also loved the pear vodka martini w pear puree This place is 5 star

                                                          Service was great! Lamb was not good! Undercooked. Spicy lamb was so salty it’s all you tasted. Sticky bread for dessert tasted stale. Bread was so stiff it was hard to slice through. Disappointed.

                                                          Our server was on top of his game with the specials, menu and drink recommendations. We enjoyed the foie gras, pecan chocolate dessert. Lamb Saddle, salmon cones and truffle mac n’ cheese. One call out is on the hotel lavatory as the male service crew tended to the bathroom and even knocked on the stall and shouted at my tween daughter while she was using the stall. I mentioned this to the management team who said they would make sure it would not happen again.

                                                          Really liked this place. Got the prime rib and split it among 4 ppl. It was outstanding. The other sides were good too, as was the salad. This place is extremely expensive for what it is though IMO. We ate at Sakaba as well, and that is just so unique. Wyld is really good, just not sure it’s worth the money.

                                                          Great meal and service as always and new dishes to try every time. Johnny was the best waiter and the chef himself came over to the table several times to chat about the food. We’re going to continue to be there every trip to Beaver Creek!

                                                          What a gem hidden in the Ritz at Bachelor's Gulch! The inventiveness of the dishes is superb and so beautifully presented. We had a lovely time and plan to return.

                                                          Location is amazing. The restaurant was ridiculously loud and the bar attached to it was like a night club. It was really silly to have such a posh restaurant with such noise. Also, service wasn't awesome. Dishes piled up, we weren't really attended to. They seemed under staffed. The food was good but we expected excellent service & food and it definitely fell short.
