Five of us went on a Wednesday night. The place was a little hard to find -- no signage, turns out it's inside a hotel (which is not obvious from its website). Service was extremely slow -- we almost ended up going to the bar to order cocktails because it took so long for anyone to come by to take our drink order. Appetizers came out very slowly also, with the oysters barely arriving before our mains. Seafood was all great, other dishes merely ok. Roasted cauliflower appetizer was too crunchy, not quite long enough in the oven. Chicken entree was meh -- that's what you get for not ordering seafood, I guess. Very lively atmosphere, which while energizing made it very hard to hear each other speak. All in all, somewhat disappointing.

The ambience, food, service was super excellent. We shared the cauliflower and potatoes and each had a seabass. Highly recommend all 3! The wine was delicious and the chocolate mouse was also perfect.

Great restaurant in Civic Center/Hayes Valley area. Really unique and inventive dishes, good wine selection, and nice ambience.

I only put moderate noise because our party was loud, and we were in a cozy nook. Otherwise, the noise level throughout was bustling but not over the top (how I like my Thursday nights out). All I can say about the food and drinks are, be prepared for the unexpected (in a great way). Every drink I had, and dish, had a twist to it, which is something I was looking forward to. The staff was super friendly and ready to help/answer questions, and I can't wait to try everything else I didn't get to taste on the menu. This is a very unique spot I'd like to try regularly!

Great service. Our waitress Kat was a great help with navigating your menu. Our group shared 5 different starters and each a different entree. Very dish was great.

The restaurant was extremely disorganized. awe had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. The drinks took 30 minutes to arrive and then they brought the wrong drink. When we pointed out the error, no one apologized for the mistake. The food took over an hour to arrive and there was no explanation or apology for the delay. An extremely disappointing experience.

Had a fantastic dinner last night! The ambiance was cozy. The service was attentive, and the food was exceptional—every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. It made for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal and atmosphere!

Food was delicious and well-prepared. I loved the eggplant parcels and all the fish dishes. I think the ceviche and oysters were my two favorites. The staff were attentive, but not overly so -- and addressed any questions we had promptly. I highly recommend checking them out. Walkable to the arts in Hayes Valley for a show.
