Yama Sushi is a stylish dining venue featuring the freshest sushi in Park City within an intimate setting adjacent to Vista Lounge and Terrace, overlooking the Empire ski runs. Custom rolls and sashimi are the order of the day at Yama Sushi.

Omakase Experience:
We welcome you to experience our newest culinary adventure- Omakase at Yama Sushi. Translated from the Japanese phrase " I leave it up to you, Omakase is a formal sushi experience lead by our world class Chef Yu Yamamoto. Chef Yamamoto brings this cultural experience to life with 16 meticulously curated courses featuring a variety of traditional and unique alpine-inspired flavors in an immersive dining adventure unlike any other. This intimate experience is offered at $175 per person limited to 8 guests per experience. Reservations required 24 -hours in advance, limited availability. Due to the nature of the experience, we are unable to accommodate all dietary requests.

                                          The waiter said the kitchen knew which shishito peppers were spicy and were picking the spicy ones to serve. The peppers were really spicy and if this is true that is a mean service

                                          The manager on the floor was great, seating me in a nicer spot when she was flexible. The staff was very friendly and overall professional. Con's: Ummm long wait for the food, I left to the restroom and came back to my food being cleared assuming I had left lol Pro's They made up for it gave me a new drink and brought my new food back. Overall I enjoyed the experience but I think they needed a bit more staff to deal with as many guests. 7.5/10 !!

                                          Staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The sommelier Dennis really made our evening. Food and wine were incredible. Highly recommend.

                                          Great service and great food. The chef and the servers went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday dinner extra special. Definitely recommend!!

                                          One of our favorite places. We always enjoy the savory and sweet plates prepared for us. It’s an exceptional dining experience. If you love sushi, Yama is second to none.

                                          Our server, Nick, and the sommelier, Paul, made our great experience even better. They shared their knowledge of the food and wine to help us make the best choices. We had the seafood on a rock, fried rice and mochi for dessert. It was an A+++ experience.
