A little early for our reservation, but seated. Met with Leighann who was friendly and attentive to the needs of the table. Our order was placed. The 4 cheese spin deep was good. The steak bowl was great as was the double decker BLT. The new go to place before a show!

Met an old friend for lunch here. Waiter was great. Checked on us periodically but basically let us be. Food was great, service excellent. Would definitely go again.

Ambiance and service were great. I had a club sandwich that was packed but on white bread not toasted and it was very dry. Fries were fine.

Have been here many times and it always has great food and service and a great place to watch a game. Location is great also.

While a lively place it was equal in how they manage the customer experience. The server was pleasant and helpful in answering questions about menu items. Then comes the food which was very tasteful for everyone at the table. If your Looking for burgers and beer you will not be disappointed

Always excellent service and food prep here. Just be prepared for the noise level especially upstairs! Will definitely be a returning customer.

We were originally seated downstairs at a table next to a large and ever expanding group of people with several kids and strollers who thought nothing of encroaching on our space. A couple of them were nearly sitting in our laps and they were helping themselves to our table to put their drinks down. But the staff moved us quickly when the situation became obviously untenable. Staff didn’t make a fuss and treated us great. They couldn’t have handled it any better.

Always a great experience when we go to this Yard House location. Service is excellent, menu is plentiful and the food is delicious. It is the perfect location if you’re going to a show near Times Square or an event at Madison Square Garden. I highly recommend this restaurant.
