   The experience was great from beginning to end. The greeters make you feel welcome and our server was so knowledgeable about the menu. Everything he recommended was on point. He was very personable and checked in on us periodically to see if we were okay. His energy was everything and one more reason for us to come back again. This is my 3rd Mother's Day spent at the YB. I will choose this place again next year!

   Hello, my name is Alexis. Today i celebrated my first Mother's Day here at Yardbird. i just wanted to say that the service and the food was exceptional! I enjoyed myself as well as my finance and our baby girl. The Mother's Day greeting cards in the restroom were such a sweet gesture. It made my day! Thank you so much!    The service was bad. I understand if it’s busy and it was Mother’s Day. That’s not why it was bad service. We were sat first 3x tables got service before we did. Some food came out others at are table had to wait we were half done it was bad service

    We have been to Yardbird in Chicago several times and it has always been a great experience. The food is always wonderful and the service exceptional.This time, the management so thoughtfully thanked us for being a loyal customer .It was such lovely unexpected gesture and we really appreciate it. a
