This was our third visit to Yoko. This time we brought my mother-in-law. We sat at the table closest to where the servers emerge from the kitchen and directly across from the front door. Due to the frequent opening of the front door, my mother was very cold and uncomfortable. We requested to change tables, but were told they could not accommodate due to prior reservations. My husband then retrieved his coat to put over his legs in addition to her wearing her coat. The food was excellent as usual. That was one of the reasons we came to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. However, our three meals came out in three separate deliveries to the table and in separate time frames. I had to ask about the status of my mother-in-law‘s dinner which was served a good five minutes after our meals. This had not happened previously. This was my my mother-in-law’s first to Yoko. She had a very tasty dinner however, I think something needs to be done with the cold air that blows on patrons when the doors are opened.

Such a incredible reasturant and experience. I am a foodie and someone who appreciates a good reasturant experience. The team at YoKo does a wonderful job at waiting your table and delivering an exceptional experience. The food is really tasty- I would reccomend all the appetizers, a drink or two, and the Waygu Burger. Everyone needs to try this spot- it's such a fun vibe! Hands down the best kosher restaurant in Chicago but isn't just for those keeping Kosher. Welcoming all groups and families.

This might have been the best dinner I’ve had in a while. Everything that they brought out was actually incredibly tasty. I’m so excited to come back to Chicago (I can’t believe I said that) and dine here again!

Dinner was fantastic, servers were very good. Food- flavors were delicious and very well balanced, sushi is spectacular. Parev desert outstanding! Looking forward to my next trip to eat there again.

I thought the service was excellent but far less so impressed with the food. We both felt the egg drop soup was oddly textured and marginally seasoned. The Korean short ribs looked amazing but were overly fatty and not great tasting.

Excellent service from walking into the front door through the check after the meal. Food was really fantastic. We had meat and sushi (recommend both!). Really top-shelf. Although we weren’t drinking, the bar was clearly active and most folks around us were having something.

This was my 4th visit to Yoko and it never disappoints. This time I ventured away from the Pad Thai to a burger and it was delicious. The service was attentive and fast. The presentation is beautiful. 5 stars again. I will be back soon
