   I was very impressed with the food at Zaab Zaab, however the service was immensely lacking. I came in with a party of 9 for my birthday dinner and received no type of hospitality from my server. We had to work to get his attention. He made no mention of Zaab Zaab’s special items and did not give his recommendations of what to eat. I was also unenthusiastic about the service because in my mind, a party of 9 should get a lot of attention just off of the amount they would spend. Let me tell you, Zaab Zaab is not cheap but I would have been even happier to spend more. One of my friends had left her fried rice on the table to pack it up and bring home, but one of the staff just came and took it. I think that’s unacceptable. We weren’t even able to track anyone down to stop them from taking it. Additionally, the waiter added a service charge that would be donated to victims in the Thailand earthquakes, which is a noble effort— However, he didn’t even ask to put it on my bill (it was a percentage). Totally unacceptable. If you want a donation you have to ask first. Anyways, if you come here enjoy the food but Zaab Zaab, please work on your service.

   Loved the whole branzino and the soft shell crab curry! The crab omelette was okay. Overall, I thought the food was expensive for what it was, even by New York standards x

   Amazing experience from the food to the service if your craving thia food I highly and strongly recommend you try this place the larb and the prongs were the best I’ve had in America since coming from Thailand

   Zaab Zaab is a gem! The food and the service were perfect. I can highly recommend the crab fried rice and rhe panang Black Sea bass as stand out dishes. Everything we ate was delicious. The staff is so friendly. Don’t hesitate!

   Food was quite authentic. Red snapper was perfectly seasoned. The price was very reasonable. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience.

    We were sat a few tables from the door and felt a cold draft every time someone walked in. The door would stay open and let a lot of chill in. There’s no entry awning so it felt very cold the whole dinner, and they wouldn’t reseat us.
