The food was Amazon and the ambiance was great. It was the perfect amount of lighting while being candle lit. We had the truffle ravioli, the tagliatelle bolognese, cacio e Pepe salad, and lemon tart for dessert. It was all delicious!

Came in to celebrate Valentines Day which was perhaps the biggest factor to our sub-average experience. They seemed to be very overwhelmed with the traffic and their management system/processes were not sufficient enough to support the hustle and bustle of Valentines Day. Even though we had a reservation through Open Table that was scheduled at least a week in advance we still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. The ambiance was nice, and everything seemed to be okay leading up to our appetizer arriving to the table, but things took a decline from there.. My wife ordered the Black Truffle Taglioni (perhaps the 3rd most expensive item on the dinner menu served table side at $61) and she wanted some protein to accompany her entree so she ordered grilled shrimp. I ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese (considered to be one of their most popular dishes $27) and one side of the Gratin Potatoes ($14) to share, and both of our entrees took 50 minutes to arrive to the table and served cold as if they had been sitting on the kitchen line for quite some time. We expressed our concerns to our waiter who relayed our message to the floor manager, but our waiter was also absent to check in on us multiple times for prolonged periods of time and at one point was even absent for 20 minutes. To the restaurant’s credit the floor manager did come by to acknowledge us and our frustration. They ended up “comping” our dessert, removing my wife’s entree from the bill, and supposedly taking 30% off the tab but we still ended up paying $178 with the tip. No drinks, just one bottle of sparkling water. the Mediterranean Hummus appetizer ($13) and two cappuccino’s. Value was just simply not there.

Sarah was an amazing waiter she made our experience very enjoyable, atmosphere was perfect, food was wonderful! I will definitely be coming back.

The restaurant was exceptional. We had a fabulous time our server. Matthew was on point. Even with it being valentines, we still felt that we were not overlooked in the party room. The food was amazing. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday.

My first time and I will definitely be back. Beautiful drinks for Valentines day, and we got a free polaroid picture and no comments on the food everything was definitely amazing and a good price ❤️

Food and drinks were incredible. Waitress did a great job, but service was a bit slow. it was Valentine’s Day so that’s to be expected. Will be returning!

Upon my arrival at Zanti Restaurant for the Valentine's Day theatre menu, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hostess. As I settled into my seat, the server warmly greeted me, albeit with a hint of uncertainty regarding which menu to recommend. Opting to address the matter, I conversed with the manager, a well-dressed Hispanic gentleman, who regrettably exhibited a rather impolite and unwelcoming demeanor. When he approached to pour champagne, he did so without a word of greeting or an "excuse me," reaching over my meal without acknowledgment. Lacking in proper etiquette and refinement, I kindly reminded him of the appropriate protocol, to which he simply walked away. Throughout the evening, I couldn't shake the feeling of being watched from afar, leaving me feeling unsettled. To exacerbate matters, the pizza arrived without the option of additional toppings like cheese, a disappointing omission considering the $30 price tag. Moreover, I was charged $9 for sparkling water despite clearly declining it, along with an extra $3 for ranch dressing. The server had initially mentioned that extra pizza toppings would cost $8, only to charge me the same amount later on. It's not about the monetary value, but rather the principle at stake. I hold firm to the expectation of transparency and integrity in my dining experiences, both of which were unfortunately lacking in this instance. In summary, I would rate this restaurant a 3 out of 5, with no intentions of revisiting in the future.
