   I had a new waitress obviously. Drinks were rarely refilled and requests were very slow. Men’s bathroom was dirty, floor was sticky. Food was fantastic. Disappointed.

   We had a wonderful experience at Zeke’s! The seating outside was gorgeous right on the marina, beautiful ambiance. The food was so good! The grouper bites were amazing. Delicious cocktails. The salads fabulous and fresh. The creme brûlée was on point. Our server, Katelynn, was excellent and gave delicious suggestions. The prices were reasonable! Way to go Zeke’s! You knocked it out of the park!

   Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to poor service. Our server lacked basic knowledge of the menu and appeared disengaged throughout the meal. She rarely checked on our table, leaving us unable to request refills or additional items. When we eventually flagged her down, she asked if we were ready for the check. I responded that we weren’t quite ready and simply wanted to clear the table. She asked again about the check, at which point I mentioned we hadn’t even been offered coffee or dessert. She replied that she had tried, but we had “ignored” her—an unprofessional and frankly surprising comment to make to guests. She then listed dessert options, but by that point the interaction had become uncomfortable and disjointed, so we declined and asked for the check. To make matters worse, despite being a group of eight with a clearly designated host, she brought four separate checks without anyone requesting that. The lack of attentiveness, professionalism, and basic hospitality left a lot to be desired. That said, the ice cream shop next door was exceptional and helped redeem the evening.

   Great place to enjoy a special restaurant experience or simply while out on vacation. The food was excellent and it’s a pretty restaurant. I will definitely come back when I am vacationing in GulfShores next year

   Mother’s Day lunch at Zeke’s was amazing! Ethan took such great care of us—super helpful with suggestions and so friendly. We started with the tuna appetizer and calamari, followed by Caesar salads, and everything was delicious. The filet with mashed potatoes was cooked to perfection, and Jerm’s pork chop was incredible. Grateful for such a great meal and even better company!

   Wonderful Mother’s Day brunch experience. The whipped goat cheese appetizer was the BEST!! I wish it was on the daily menu. What a treat. Had fabulous service from Julia. Highly recommend.

   Was seated outside in a tent during a rain storm, was extremely noisy from everyone talking. Several large parties caused service to be slow.
