Disappointing Valentine’s Day Dinner I was really looking forward to a special Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife at Zen Restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown. The service was extremely slow—we waited nearly 45 minutes just to receive our appetizer, and then another 45 minutes for our main course. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. As if the poor service and long waits weren’t frustrating enough, we were required to pay a 20% gratuity, despite the lackluster experience. For a night that was supposed to be romantic and memorable, this was beyond disappointing. While the atmosphere was nice, the service and execution were severely lacking. Definitely not the special evening we had hoped for—I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Came for Valentine’s Day. Pre-fix menu, food was amazing and will definitely be back to try the full menu. DJ was really good as well. The place has a very nice vibe and atmosphere. Service was alittle slow and we would often find ourselves waiting. Overall it was a great time 💯

Both the food and service were excellent. I had a fantastic time. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the music was perfect.

Great time. Felt very weird about the happy hour that required us to ask the server to honor the happy hour pricing, only to be told that the happy hour beer (listed on the menu simply as “Beer: $8”) was limited only to a specific beer, something that was not mentioned on the menu or verbally. We understand that not everything will be on happy hour but the menu was misleading and the pricing was not honored, we were simply told “oh yeah that doesn’t count” and charged full price; kind of turned us off of an otherwise lovely experience.
