                                                                              The service was good, If you're just looking for a place with great ambiance, and great music, this is the place to go. However, the food on the other hand was not it. I chose this place for my birthday dinner celebration, and I was disappointed, to say the least. The drinks on the other hand were delicious!

                                                                              The staff as soon as I walked in congratulated me on my birthday. The set up was cute and our waiter was amazing. They went above and beyond to make my day special ! Would definitely return with the service alone. The food was amazing as well!

                                                                              My birthday dinner at Zen was a 10/10 experience. The food & drinks were amazing, the staff was very sweet, & overall my guests and I had a great time. Will definitely be back!

                                                                              Ambiance and service was good. The only thing I have a problem is that the server charged 20% gratuity for a party of 2. It doesn’t make sense to me for my girlfriend and I both working in the service industry. On top of that they charge you 4% for using a credit card. Nowhere in the menu or on their website does it say that. When I asked the server, she brought out the service charge from behind the hostess desk. A manager didn’t approach or touched our table. Very unprofessional ethics. I was shocked to say the least. It started out amazing but it left a sour note on our date night. Will not be returning just for that reason.

                                                                              The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. However, while three of our dishes arrived lukewarm, the others were served piping hot, just as they should be when fresh from the kitchen. Our waiter was friendly, but he disappeared for extended periods, and we felt the food took longer than expected to reach our table. If the service had been more attentive, I would have rated this place a perfect 10/10.
