Zengo, meaning "give and take" in Japanese, is an artful blend of Latin-Asian styles and flavors. Chef-owner Richard Sandoval, whose accolades include a Bon Appétit Restaurateur of the Year, James Beard finalist for Outstanding Restaurateur and Mexico's Toque d'Oro, spins regional ingredients into beautifully balanced dishes designed for sharing. The beverage menu features innovative, hand-muddled cocktails as well as Latin wines, Japanese sakes and over 400 Tequilas which are stored in our very own tequila lockers at La Biblioteca. The vibrant décor fuses traditional and contemporary tastes, the perfect setting to savor Zengo's acclaimed cuisine.

We were surprised at how delicious the food was. We dine with another couple and ordered a variety of small plates. ALL of them were terrific!

Beautiful spot with good reception and service. Food was good though a bit pricy for the portion size. Disappointed that the sake was not available warm

I would recommend it for a date night. Nice decor and has 3 levels. The food and drinks were okay, I had the fried rice.

I really liked the layout and decor of this place. Plus, the staff is great and very friendly. It was an enjoyable night and a place I'd return to; however, the food was just ok though. The steam buns didn't come out warm, but it was tasty. My "spicy" udon noodle soup wasn't spicy at all and just ok. The people I came with also had a similar experience with their food too. I wouldn't come here if you're a foodie, but if you're a group and want to hang out at a nice place that isn't loud, crowded, has booze, and in a great location, this is it.
