Ziggy Restaurant Beach Club: offering delicious, signature Mexican cuisine from breakfast through dinner, with authentic recipes crafted from fresh, local, and organic ingredients.

Live music every night from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Beach Club: Minimum spend of 75USD per person. Open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Valid from December 2024 to May 2025.

The service was great, everyone was so kind and friendly! The food was absolutely amazing! This was the perfect spot to celebrate our anniversary. There was also live music which just set the perfect vibe. Overall in love with this place and the experience. When we come back to Tulum, this spot is already on the itinerary for dinner.

We had a great experience overlooking the ocean. The food was excellent - I had the mahi mahi and my husband had the short rib. We shared the tuna nachos, which were amazing. Also, the margaritas were great, as was the live music. Finally, we loved our waiter!

On the evening we attended Ziggy’s, it was not very busy. Although there appeared to be adequate staffing, the attention given to our table was sporadic. Our server did not appear well trained in basic elements of table service. The drinks that we were served, the tropical rum drink and margarita. Were the highlight of the evening. The menu was relatively short, which is usually a good sign, but the food was lacking. My partner had the mahi Mathis with mustard and mango sauce. The fish was well prepared. There was no sign of mangoes and the mustard were little decorative drops on the plate. I ordered the beef. I was served stewed beef with a cup of consume and a basket of tortillas. Not quite what I was expecting for the price. For dessert we tried the crème brûlée, which arrived inside a pineapple rind. It was an imaginative presentation but the dish itself was watery.

I was seated and didn’t receive food for almost two hours. Our order wasn’t properly taken and some items never came. Multiple tables were seated after us and received food service before us. Our server was nice but no honest about what was going on impacting our service. I would not bring my family again. Our total bill was about 250, unfortunately we weren’t happy

Was hopeful as had heard its a locals spot. But $16 for cocktails and $25 for burgers puts them at the same price point as everywhere else on the beach. Had to send the first cocktail back. All 3 burgers were forgettable. Much better food for the same price can be had at Delek, Ahau, Umi etc
