Lovely welcoming staff lead us to our reserved booth and brought in tasty spinach dip as we went over the menu and chose our burgers with care. The waitstaff complimented my crossing of Parmesan zucchini fires dipped in rach that were delightful. Both my friend and my burgers were cooked exactly to order.(Not easy getting a true medium rare plus in Phoenix!) The burgers were really really good! The fires yummy. Service remained attentive and helpful! Nice to see Zinburger still has the edge!

First time visit and we just made it to happy hour! Staff accommodates our near miss arrival. We each had a bowl and they were great! The seared tuna was fantastic! Zingria also good as was the old fashioned. lol forward to going back!

Wanted to take time to mention how comforting and positive the atmosphere and service was, went there for a valentine’s date and the food was delicious and the service & staff were very friendly and polite. I had the jalapeño popper burger which is their burger of the month at the moment as it was very delicious & makes me want to come back sooner than later

We love Zinburgers. The burgers are cooked to perfection, always mouth watering, and completely satisfying. The fries, onion rings, shakes and pies are delicious! Already looking forward to our new visit.

The burgers can’t be beat. The Zinburger is a must have and this month’s Jalapeño popper burger was incredible. Add a delicious frozen margarita and you’re set.

Excellent quality of food and service. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Burger was fresh and cooked to perfection. Great selection of toppings for the burgers.

I learned as a senior citizen not to dine here on a Saturday night. Normally we go in midafternoon. Due to cooler temperature, I chose to dine inside w my part y of 5. The music overshadows any chance of meaningful table conversation. (The other complaint which is NOT the fault of Zinburger, was that we were seated in front of a table of unruly and loud children whose parents seemed oblivious). And to top it off, food wasn’t up to its usual great taste. All salads were drenched in too much salad dressing . The zucchini fries were delicious which did help make dining there not a total waste. Our serve was very sweet and I applaud her ability to cope with noise level.

Don't know who the manager was that evening but really appreciated his help. I had left special instructions to ensure I got the check and knew that my friends would try to pay but because I had left a note for them, they honored it. Really appreciated the effort they put in to make sure I received the check since it was a busy night and there was some confusion to start with on our end. Food was great as always and they were very accommodating with our dog as well.
