Food is always good and the service is always friendly and attentive. If you are looking for an “upscale” burger, fries and shake then this is the place for you.

I had a great time here and would come back! The servers were attentive and nice and the food was delicious. I liked that it was quiet and had a nice ambiance.

Our service was great, dinner was fine, but we got a nasty gram from Open Table saying we were a no show for our reservation and we were on time. They want proof we were there, so I guess the host who checked us in didn’t check it off.

Our meals and the service were fantastic. Got happy hour pricing on our first bottle of wine. The only issue was the noise level. Very loud.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had a poor experience here unfortunately. It started as soon as we sat down and our waitress said she didn’t know our table was in her section after over 15 minutes of being seated. We were a group of 7 and they had brought out 2 of our members food before anyone else’s. I thought they were going back to the kitchen to get the rest of the food but after 15 minutes of waiting, we finally received the rest. Fries were cold, burgers were not that great, someone ordered fruit and received fries. We asked for fresh fries since they were so cold and they forgot them. Our drinks were empty most of the meal without being refilled. They ran out of cups and had to use kids cups. At the end, we asked to speak to the manager who came over and said he would “take care of it”. When the bill came, he had taken off 1 side of fries. It was just another very disappointing experience, especially since I had family in town and was excited to have dinner with them. But now I know not to go back after 3 times of poor experiences. Which is very sad because I love DT Gilbert!
