We’ve been fans of ZinBurger for many years, but our most recent experience tonight was terrible. While the food was fine, the service was horrendous- we waited 20 minutes to get our drinks, and after an hour when our appetizers still hadn’t shown up, our server apologised and said she put a rush on it. Ten minutes later, all our food including appetizers shows up. No apologies, no offer to give us a discount - “thanks for your patience “. After being a loyal customer for years, we will re-think going back there.

We’ve dined here several years and we were very sad to have such a mediocre experience last night. The food was tasteless. The only thing that saved us was the good service and the wonderful ambience of the Scottsdale Quarter. There seems to be a general decline in the quality of the food here in the past couple of years. I hope it was just an off night and not a trend.

We come here regularly and this was the first time we noticed service was super slow. It could have been a very busy night but nonetheless food is always fabulous.
