   I made a reservation for a birthday celebration and nothing was done on behalf of the restaurant. I even brought my own cake and they didn’t offer plates or at any point of the night did they acknowledge the celebration. The food was great but the device sucked and the poor waitress even said she was severely under staffed. It’s sad because the food was great but the managing of the location was terrible. Do not go there if you want to celebrate someone.

   Food is great. Menu is eclectic with lots of favorites. Well prepared and delicious. We had the green lasagna made with pesto and zucchini and it rocked. The focaccia pizza appetizer was great too. Good wine list and great patio seating. However, the food did take a while to get served to us. The people serving were good people, so it was a bit out of their control. One warning - the NOISE/AMBIENCE/AUDIO LEVEL inside is off the charts way too loud. So make sure you go on a warm night and sit on the patio. They need to put some kind of baffles or audio mufflers in the main dining room to absorb the sound. Otherwise, highly recommend...

   As we walked in there were two dogs barking at each other in the entry way, and a third started barking from another table. Once seated it was ten minutes until a server greeted us. Then two other servers came over within a minute of each other to help us. The service was poor and it was difficult to find someone to order from. Towards the end of the meal an employee asked me if I was done with my meal while I was chewing and had a fork in my hand. Not great.

   When they say there are outdoor heaters keep in mind that only a few tables are actually near the heaters and it’s still really cold! So if you can’t get a table inside you should bring a parka. The food is quality - the moules frites are the best I’ve ever tasted. I would also recommend the fried artichokes and carpaccio. The drinks are small and not very strong but there’s a decent selection of cocktails. The food and warm atmosphere is consistent across the different restaurants. I think it’s a great place for a cozy dinner with friends or date night!

   Second time here. First time food was very good. Second time it was very average. Noise level is deafening. Can barely hear each other at a little two person table. Chairs super uncomfortable. Probably won’t return.
