                                                                                        We ate at Zio’s all three nights we were in town for a convention! The food was incredible and that was matched by the top notch service level from the wait staff!!! We know where to eat again next time we are in town!!!

                                                                                        The customer service is above and beyond! I had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had the 20 layer lasagna and he wouldn’t even share😂 Also the tomato soup is just superb!

                                                                                        They tried. We had several dishes that missed the mark. One was bland, a steak was overcooked, and the veal parm was what I would expect to get at local pizzeria on a hero, but the cheese wasn’t even melted. We had to wait an hour for our entrees once we ordered, and they were only half full. The manager tried to make things right by removing dishes from the bill and offering dessert, but the cheesecake they brought out was so dry. The tiramisu on the other hand was delicious.

                                                                                        Very limited menu for a hotel restaurant. Decent food, good portions. Server was very pleasant and responsive, but we couldn't find her to pay the bill.

                                                                                        Enjoyed a late lunch at Zio’s. Our waiter was fantastic- very attentive; food was good; the atmosphere was very inviting - love the velvet semi-circle seating; the convenience of being able to eat at our hotel restaurant was a definite plus. My only minor complaint is that the background music was a bit loud making it difficult to carry on a conversation.

                                                                                        The Renaissance Hotel is set back off the strip and requires either a taxi, Uber or Monorail to get to the strip. After a day of touring ewe didn't feel like heading back out so ate at the hotel's restaurant for a second night. We would have made an effort to go elsewhere if we hadn't had such a great meal and service the prior night. Plenty of options, great service and a quiet setting made this most enjoyable again. Would definitely come back when next in town.

                                                                                        Skeptical at first but if you are staying at this hotel there is a lack of nearby options unless you jump on the monorail or order an Uber ride so we tried the restaurant for dinner. The reviews we saw are accurate. Food and service is very good. We enjoyed it so much we came back a second night. Out server for both nights was Alexis and he was excellent, very courteous, attentive and professional. Between the two nights we tried four different entrees: shrimp scampi, lasagna, parpadelle w/ short ribs, and chicken w/ polenta. Salads are plentiful for 2 people to share and the side vegetable dishes were the same. Worth a trip if you’re not staying here at the Renaissance hotel.
