Since we were dining during a graduation weekend we had to have the 3 course fixed price menu. We would have preferred a regular menu as an option as everyone’s tastes are different. Food was flavorful, however my NY strip was a bit tough. Other downsides were the fact that it was very loud and some servers were very quick to clear plates. 20% service charge was included on the bill for a party of 5.

Love the food here! I would not recommend the "tostones". They are not tostones - I would call them burnt plantain balls. Other than that, the food is DELICIOUS. and the drinks are great as well.

Great atmosphere, service and food. Had the ahi tuna, which was fabulous. Nice wine list of mostly Spanish, Argentinian and Chilean wines. Reasonably priced. Next time hope to score a table near the fireplace.

Zocalo has been one of my favorite Cville restaurants since college and once again, it did not fail to disappoint. The food and drinks were both amazing, the ambiance was great, and the staff was super accommodating of our late meal!

Outstanding service and menu selection was abundant. We had delicious margaritas hand crafted by Peter. Julia was our server and she steered us to the cheese Fritters (a must) and the Relleno special (for me) and i couldn’t finish it. Great value too.

Very good food,. Wonderful wait person. Nice interior. Bright light from exterior is a little diminishing to the ambiance in that section of the restaurant. Very good selection of wines and mixed drinks.

My mom and I enjoyed her birthday dinner here. The scallops and duck breast meals were amazing and the service and atmosphere was awesome! We plan to come back and bring friends.
