                                                            While the food and drinks were good, service was rushed and ambiance lacking due to noise level and too many tables crammed into the space. Asked for our drink order before we had time to read over the drink menu, and for our food order before getting our drinks. While some people may appreciate such promptness, I like to feel relaxed when I go out to dinner v. feeling rushed. The restaurant seemed to be lacking enough waiters for the number of patrons, so perhaps that contributed to the efficiency of getting our orders in v. focusing on a good customer experience.

                                                            Although the food was overall good I observed an employee, who did not appear to be a regular member of the kitchen staff, he looked like a member of the wait staff, putting tortilla chips in baskets with his bare hands. Not something I want to see after eating chips and salsa. Makes me wonder what other unsanitary practices he engages in.

                                                            The food and service were great. I highly recommend the salmon bowl. We were seated in a booth next to a large party of 20+ so it was a little noisy.

                                                            We went for an early Saturday lunch. Wait staff friendly, helpful, prompt. Since it was not busy the noise level was very low. Portions are large, food very good and prices reasonable.

                                                            Made reservations on New Years. Put in an order and when it was served there were no napkins no salt and pepper no utensils no water. I was not asked what dressing it just came arrived dressed. I asked a guy who was not a waiter but worked there for a napkin and he looked like I was crazy and came back with 10 cocktail napkins. When I said no large ones that go n your lap he looked confused. Now I realize it was busy but basic things should have been available. My chicken enchilada was dry the sauce was too tangy and there was a large chicken bone. The waitress removed the cost but it lacked a lot of things . But the good should have been better.
