   The venue was beautiful and cozy but loud. The staff were wonderful, attentive and kind. The tea was delicious. The food was just ok. A little bland and generic. Nothing special. However, my daughter who was celebrating her birthday, had fun and was happy.

   I brought my niece who loves to play tea time for afternoon tea earlier today. She received the Princess tower and a regular tower for myself. From the moment I entered the establishment I was warmly welcomed. Every member of staff was exceptional. They were all poised, professional and considerate. The tea time went beyond great customer service, it was truly an experience of luxury. I cannot wait to visit Zoe's again and thorough enjoy myself once again.

   The staff really made me feel special on my birthday. I had such a nice time for my first time going to Zoe's. The only disappointing thing was the other guests who chose to cough without covering their mouths the entire time which made for an unpleasant dining experience but the staff went above and beyond and it was one of the best Risottos I've ever had.

   Food, cocktails and ambiance were great, service was friendly. I would go back to try more menu items. We had bistro menu.

   Excellent all around! Nicole was outstanding on service, very attentive. Food, tea and cocktails were exceptional. Would highly recommend.

   From the minute you walk in, you are treated as a special guest. The renovation is stunning!! It was my birthday and our server treated me like a princess. Added a special little dessert at the end which was a perfect cherry on a perfect lunch. One of my favourite places in Ottawa, hands down

    Great afternoon tea experience at a lovely place! The only thing I have to note is that I wish food pieces were of a room temperature. They were really cold and contrasting with the hot tea. Otherwise, great service, great atmosphere, and great tea!
