Good food - and a lot of food! Good service and a lovely spot for brunch with a LOT of parking. One of our favorites!!

                                                                                                                          Raintree doesn’t disappoint. The food is amazing. The waitstaff super friendly. Love that they have salvaged so much of the old homes character in the making of this restaurant. And, they have off-street parking, which is a treat in st Augustine.

                                                                                                                          A restaurant with such class and history should not be plagued with the terribly tasting water of Florida. You need a "whole house" water purifier. That is the main thing. Secondly, $36 dollars for a small plate of fish is not a value when I compare with other restaurants that can be chosen. The food was well prepared. The service was excellent. The noise level was not conducive to conversation but I am not sure how to remedy that -- noise deadening panels? So ... all in all, some excellence, some not so pleasing.
