In celebration of love and friendship, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel has several elevated dining experiences available to resort guests and locals alike. Indulge in a three-course Valentine's Day menu or afternoon Heart Tea in RAYA.

                                                                    Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Had a great view with live music. I can honestly say that I had the best customer service that I’ve had in my life. Dean was absolutely phenomenal professional, attentive, and even brought a rose to the table being it was valentine’s Day. Definitely a great ambience because of the amazing customer service and overall experience of ambience and view will definitely be returning highly suggest.

                                                                    I love the Ritz Carlton and go often. Only thing with the Laguna Niguel location including RAYA is that it’s always cold. I realize it’s an open air concept and there are many doors and windows, but turning up the heat will help and let diners take their coats off.

                                                                    Love enjoying tea at raya. Servers are always so friendly and knowledgeable about the teas. Little sandwiches are always decent and the desserts are amazing. Can’t beat the view.
