                                                              sat at the bar for New Year's Eve - very nice evening - food was excellent my husband had the scallops and mac and cheese he said it was incredible

                                                              A not so great NYE dinner. The best part of our experience was the appetizers and wine. The bread, crab dip and she crab soup was great! Service was terrible. My wife and I both ordered steak. The ribeye was so tough it was difficult to cut while also lacking any sort of flavor. The filet was tender, but lacked flavor as well. The ribeye came with sweet potato fries, onion rings and broccoli. The sweet potato fries were soggy. My wife ordered mashed potatoes and broccoli with her filet. The mashed potatoes reminded me of nasty cafeteria potatoes, they were crusted over on top from sitting out so long and tasted awful. Our friends ordered the surf and turf special. The filet fell into the same category as above, while the scallops were undercooked and very chewy. Unfortunately we will not be revisiting Red Fish on our next trip down to the island.

                                                              We had a great meal on New Years Eve. The piano player was great. The food is always great. The service was fast and efficient.

                                                              Always wonderful food and service. We sat right by the piano and the music was wonderful and we could still converse. It’s always a wonderful experience.

                                                              It pains me to write this review. I’ve been going to Redfish for as long as I can remember. It was always the place to go for a special meal and a place you know you could go and great an amazing meal with high quality service. My family and I just dined over New Year’s Eve - I couldn’t have been more underwhelmed or unimpressed. To be honest , extremely disappointed. The level of service was atrocious - 15 min to acknowledge us being seated and order drinks , checking in on 15-20 min intervals, waiting 20 min to get bill after dessert and just general slow service. The food was mediocre - appetizers were good to start but meals were horrible. Steaks were ordered medium rare only to come out well done - staff didn’t wait and ask when serving and then it took 15 minutes for them to resurface to ask if everything was ok. Steaks were brought back out but this time so rare they felt like a marshmallow - and again didn’t have the awareness to wait for us to cut them to check. We ended up eating small bites and then cutting them up to put in a to go box to take home to our dogs. I hope this isn’t the new norm here. Do better Redfish !

                                                              Nicole was fantastic, and the goat cheese salad was as exceptional as I remembered from 8 years ago. Wish you hadn't closed the Bluffton location.

                                                              Always excellent. Great dinner choices. Seabass was well prepared and very good. Salmon also great. The halibut special was just a touch dry. Good salads and traditional desserts. We always enjoy coming the Red Fish.
