We had a lite dinner consisting of appetizers. This gave us the opportunity to sample more items. Very tasty and nicely presented.

Red salt is definitely not a place to miss for an incredible dinner flavors beyond belief, we will go back again and again.

Probably our most favorite restaurant on earth. Our server, I believe Andrea was her name, was the best. The food, ambience, happy staff and customers, all led to our outstanding experience. Dinner again is planned this evening. Great place!

Best food in Kauai so far. Loved the homemade ricotta and scallop appetizers. Service outstanding.

Decided to go “big” our last night in Hawaii. Unfortunately maybe I had too high expectations? I was underwhelmed. The food was great; however I’m not sure it was all that much “better” (for the $) than Beach House which actually has better overall ambience and had more engaging wait staff. Unfortunately if I had to do over again, I’d skip Red Salt :(

Lovely anniversary dinner at Red Salt, service was fantastic and the Lobster Gnocchi was the star of the show!

The menu is expansive with options for sushi , good appetizers, and mains with a nice Hawaiian twist. Two of us order the tasting menu- also delicious. we had tableside Martini's (Vespa & Sidecar) which was fun and the glass wear for the Mai Thai was also Hawaii centric. The restaurant is well set back from the ocean but did have a nice holiday ambiance.
