   The food was great. The restaurant was busy but the server was great, the food came out in a timely manner and the food was really good!

   The best thing about Redstone is consistency. Management must be amazing because food and service are always superior. Our server was so attentive and cheerful. The seafood is so fresh and cooked to perfection. You won’t regret going to Redstone.

   Service was great. Husband got the Prime Rib and the cut was good, but the flavor was a little bland and kind of dry. Not awful, just not the greatest I've had. My salad was outstanding, and I loved our sides, appetizers and I will always continue to patron Redstone for the Pineapple Martinis because they are always delicious and worth it!

   The wait staff was clueless This used to be an excellent spot for a premium dining experience. Now, it feels more like a trip to the Waffle House.

   Tonight I had the Thai Chicken Salad. I couldn’t eat the tortilla chips but felt it needed a bit more variety in ingredients. The chicken was ample and tender but didn’t have any Thai seasoning nor any nuts or toppings. The size is generous and ingredients fresh. My companion has the Fig flatbread which was very tasty and well prepared.

    Waiter (Abel R), service was poor. Waited 40 minutes for our appetizers. Had we not asked what was going on, he would not have noticed. I believe he didn't order them. I said to forget as worried our entrees would be out any minute. I was told, "Don't worry, I have everything timed." We weren't finished with apps before entrees came. My plate was extremely hot, as if it was in an oven keeping my sea bass warm as it was likely ready before apps were. My husband ordered prime rib, and he delivered a flat steak cooked medium well. Our waiter was nowhere to be found. Asked another waiter if this was prime rib, and he said yes. It obviously was not. Finally, I was able to flag our waiter down, and he took the steak back, and my husband got his prime rib (had to wait). We were never asked how the food was. I asked for a refill in water, didn't get it (he brought water to another table). Guests around us seem well attended to, no issues. We are frequent customers to this restaurant, location, and have never had this poor of service we had this evening. It has us definitely thinking we'll dine elsewhere for special occasions after this experience.
