Gatto Matto’s avant-garde and modern Italian menu was developed by our talented chef and co-owner, Ara Ekmekdjian. His desire to master his craft later led him to join the creative team at Le Chien Fumant, where he worked tirelessly to achieve the rank of Chef de Cuisine.
