I mostly eat meat (carnivore), so Rudy’s Steakhouse appealed to me, I just hoped it would deliver the quality, flavor & experience that would make me want to come back. Goal accomplished! I would love to return to Rudy’s in the future! I enjoyed the ambiance & my meal! I requested the 12oz NY York Strip steak medium rare, it was flavorful, a little tough to cut but not dried out. The mashed potatoes were good, although they need salt. Our server (forgot her name) was knowledgable, efficient, polite, and on top of everything. Our drinks, appetizers, and meal appeared at the expected time.
