   The servers and coms for the buffet were all friendly and personable. Food was very good fit the price. Fruit was very fresh and so was the rest of the food for the buffet.

   It was Christmas brunch. Buffet was sparse and very unattractive. The food was not good though the servers were lovely. I would never go back

   2nd time having our Thanksgiving dinner here. Excellent food. Great property on Kauai.

   Truly an abysmally substandard experience for a special occasion (Thanksgiving) dinner buffet. There were no fish options; 2 real meat entrees; a smattering of uninspired, deli market sides; and 4 sad desserts. For $85 per person. We were shocked. No a la carte food offering either. Service was casual, nothing special. The many empty tables spoke volumes. Do yourself an enormous favor, and steer clear—Far away from this sorry excuse of a restaurant. We will never return.

   From the moment Art our waiter greeted us, we felt very comfortable. The food was excellent. Great lay out and the sportsmen’s of food was great. The nature Thanksgiving dinner and experience was superb. Please give a shout out to Art as he is #1!

   Not even I mimosa, Bloody Mary or glass of champagne ? Didn’t see crepes, as advertised. Resort was pleasant but the brunch was alittle bit of a disappointment . Eggs Benedict and pancakes tasted like they were left over from their breakfast service(yolks were hard and pancake chewy).

   Very disappointing!!! This was an expensive meal with a lot of empty buffet trays and serving dishes. A lot of the food was never restocked. The food that was left wasn’t fresh. The prime rib was so raw the server had difficulty slicing it.

    Terrible. Sad, tired buffet. Slow staff. Rude. I watched the two chefs manhandle equipment and I roll an extension cord from the ground, the go back to preparing crepes in the same black kite. Gloves, touching food and kitchen tools that clearly cross contaminated everything. When I asked them to change their gloves they were clearly annoyed. They never replaced any of the Kinect’s, spatulas or cutting boards. They didn’t obtain clean food for the bins if berrys, cream, chocolate, etc that they were gleefully scooping their dirty gloves into. The managers were too busy ti speak. I left my number. I was never called. I was ignored and minimized when attempting to call multiple times after, never being given a staff member to formally protest the gross and unsanitary practices. What a joke.
